JURA WE8 Overview The JURA WE8 is an upgrade to the E8 in terms of capacity and performance. The smallest offering in their Professional line, the JURA WE8 is a super-automatic espresso machine capable of brewing espresso, ristretto and long coffee, and steaming for a cappuccino, latte macchiato or flat white. We really enjoy flat whites here at the office, so we were pleasantly surprised to find them as a pre-programmed option. Plus, stand alone milk foam and hot water options can be programmed to produce a desired amount of water or frothed milk for making cocoas or tea lattes.
