One Little Word Blocks

Every January, when the new year rolls around, we see all sorts of goals being set and resolutions being made. We are determined to make some changes!!!! And while I am all about making healthy, smart changes in our lives, sometimes the follow through is the hardest part. I’m not saying don’t set goals or have ambitions for the new year!! But what if it looked a little different? Would you consider picking “one word” that you want to focus on throughout the whole year?
