Service Area Subscription Add-On

If you are in one of the following cities in Milwaukee, you will need this add-on in your cart to be included in our service area: Waukesha, Pewaukee, Hartland, Franklin, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Whitefish Bay. For our Texas location the following cities require a delivery charge: Keller, Southlake, Roanoke, Flower Mound, Lewisville, The Colony, Little Elm, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Garland, Richardson. The service area cost is $2.50 per week, billed using a four week billing cycle.
