Soup Beef & Vegetable

SOUP!  Soup is here again for 2024!!! If anyone's been to farm day, you know how good the family's soup is.  It is wholesome, organic, and "tastes like home" - definitely not out of a can.  There are two soups we're starting with - Beef & Vegetable and Ham & Bean.  The ingredients such as veggies are made organically on the farm.  takes hours.  by hand and with love from Linda.Beef & Vegetable Ground Beef  Beef Broth (bones / marrow / meat scraps simmered for days) Carrots Potatoes String Beans (green and/or yellow beans aka Pole or Wax beans) Corn Peas Onions Butter Tomato Juice (blended Tomatoes, Maple Syrup, Herb powder, Celtic Sea Salt, Black Pepper) (note - this picture is NOT the real soup picture yet.  I'll order some and then update.  But it's close... ground beef, potato, corn, beans, carrot, onions, tomato broth)
