For more than 20 years, Ben W. Heineman Sr. and his wife, Natalie Goldstein Heinman assembled one of the largest and finest private collections of studio glass in the United States. In 2006, they gave their collection to the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, New York. The Heineman collection includes 240 objects, dating from 1969 to 2006 by 87 artists from the United States, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Historical developments in the field of contemporary studio glass are represented in this collection.  This engaging and richly illustrated book showcases the artists and art works in the Heineman Collection, and it reveals the extraordinary diversity of contemporary studio glass.  By Tina Oldknow with Cristine Russel Hardcover: 382 pages Dimensions: 9.47 x 1.33 x 11.68 inches
