La Collina "Quaresimo"

A refreshingly dry Lambrusco with just the right about of tannins leading into a fruit-dominant palate of blackberry and sour cherry and the moderate ABV that makes Lambrusco a wine for parties and barbecues. Made from the traditional varietals Salamino, Maestri, Grasparossa, and Malbo Gentile, by a pioneering biodynamic cooperative that began in the 70s and who now develop biodynamic technologies to help in third world countries.
