Arizona Hunt Unit 6B offers some of the world’s most beautiful scenery and wildlife habitat. From the North’s high elevation ponderosa forest, heading down into the Pinyon-Juniper belts, and moving to its Southern Verde River Basin, this stunning region of Arizona will delight and intrigue any outdoor enthusiast. This highly sought after unit is walled and surrounded by two famed canyons: from the West, Sycamore Canyon and to the East, the world famous landscape of Oak Creek Canyon; and almost lies entirely within the Coconino and Prescott National Forest with islands of state and private lands. Hunt Unit 6B offers diverse varieties of trophy game species throughout its territory. These include trophy elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, antelope, mountain lion, black bear, turkey, and javelina. There are also abundant populations of tree squirrel, cottontail rabbit, fox, coyote, bobcat, and more. Access throughout Unit 6B is very good mainly by forest roads and trails. Please use caution w
