RMS Beauty utilizes living ingredients for beautiful skin. For soft, natural-looking brows, this powder defines, shapes and stays where it's supposed to be. This long-wearing brow powder is made from ethically sourced, finely milled mica for lustre and sheen, and richly conditioning, brow-taming cocoa butter. Apply with an angled brush to fill in and fluff brows or dip a damp angled brush (we recommend the Back2Brow Brush) into the brow powder to define tails of brows. May also be used on eyelids to create a natural contour or soft eyeliner.
