Wild Herb offers Leucidal® Liquid SF (salicylate free), a natural broad-spectrum antimicrobial derived from the root of radish. This probiotic-based preservative is listed on the Whole Foods Acceptable Premium Preservative list and is widely used to extend the shelf life of handcrafted products. This clear, odorless liquid is especially effective in products that contain water, helping prevent spoilage and mold growth while leaving a silky finish. Used properly, it can extend the life of your creations for 6 to 12 months or longer, with no need for refrigeration. Leucidal® Liquid SF is created by fermenting Lactobacillus in a defined growth medium. During production, lysozyme is added to release antimicrobial peptides for maximum activity.
