When we opt for the tenderloin and baby back ribs, the result for the remaining chops on the pig are boneless loin chops. Beautifully marbled and the same thick cut chop as our bone-in chops (just minus the bone!). Sear these off quick in a cast iron pan or on the grill to enjoy these flavorful, moist boneless pork chops.  Available in 2 sizes (2 chops to a pack for both weight variations) Small: ~0.75 - 1 lb / pack of 2 chops Medium: ~1 - 1.5 lb / pack of 2 chops
