6 chewy, soft sourdough bagels made by traditional fermentation - no commercial yeast. The bagels are first boiled then baked for their super craveable texture! Choose from sea salt plain, cinnamon raisin, or everything (or mix and match!!).  Ingredients: Organic flour, water, sourdough starter, organic cane sugar, salt. (Bowl oiled with avocado oil) Egg Wash: Egg, water.
