Large Dark Chocolate Hollow Egg

A 5 1/2", 4.6 oz (130g) egg made out of 69% cocoa dark chocolate and decorated with gorgeous white chocolate flowers. To make this beautiful handmade chocolate egg, we blended a strong, bitter Cacao Barry chocolate with a smoother dark from Valrhona to achieve a powerful, yet balanced, flavor and an exquisite mouthfeel. As we do not use any artificial food coloring in our products, the pink center of the flowers is colored with freeze-dried strawberry powder.  The flowers are glued on the egg with dark chocolate, so if you remove them, the egg is dairy free!
