Essiac Tea
Essiac tea is a blend of herbs when combined may be supportive to over health. In 1922, Canadian nurse Rene Caisse, (Essiac spelled backward) first introduced the world to this alternative treatment when a patient shared their story with her. The herbal blend had been shared with the patient by a Native American Medicine Man. Each jar of tea comes with instructions on how to prepare, staying true to the original method. The entire contents of the jar are made at one time and the prepared concentrate is stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Ingredients: Organic turkey rhubarb, organic burdock root, organic sheep sorrel, organic slippery elm bark, and organic red clover.
