Succulent plants stomata (pores or tiny openings) open only at night when the temperature has dropped. Since photosynthesis only happens with daylight, this intelligent plant will store its carbon dioxide that it absorbed at night to use during the day. It then releases oxygen at night, when the pores open again! Think of it as not only cleaning the air as proven by NASA, it's releasing oxygen while you sleep.
