Oxygen J2 Black 2.07 Lash and Brow Tint This traditional black tint is formulated for lashes and brows. Delivering consistent dark and intense color. This color is recommended to be mixed with OXYGEN J2 Cream Activator, mixed in equal parts, 1:1 ratio. Processing times 5-10 minutes.
