Basic Handlers Workshop - March 12-13, 2026

Sign-up will be available the first week of January 2026.  March 12-13, 2026, 8am - 4:30pm.  Location: Wildrose Training Facility, Oxford, Mississippi This workshop will cover the Wildrose method of handling gundogs—obedience to hand signals. Emphasis is on developing the handler’s skills. Focus topics: delivery, whistle commands, steadiness, handling, hunting cover, and lining, all based on Wildrose training principles—no electronics. Handlers are encouraged to bring their dogs and classes will be split into small groups to facilitate individual attention. If your dog is not old enough for this training, we will provide a dog.
