Greenport, Long Island -- An unaged brandy macerated with blackberries. Biodynamic Pinot Gris from Keeler vineyards and blackberries from two friend's farms in Long Island with a little simple syrup addition to balance it all out. Perhaps, best enjoyed passing around a campfire. This liqueur was inspired by hunting ducks and trying blackberry brandy for the time.
