Drink by the pool or with a burger! 100% Welschriesling (Rizling Vlašský), hand-picked and direct pressed. Indigenous yeasts only. Aged in 300l oak barrels for 10 months on the coarse lees. Bottled by gravity without fining and filtration, no SO2 added. From a tiny, single vineyard in the village of Vajka nad Žitavou,district Nitra. 0.6 ha, 4800 vines per ha. Planted in 2018, single guyot. Organic vineyard where herbs grow between rows. Clay-loam top soil, loess.
