Moravia, Czech Republic— A dangerously drinkable rosé pèt-nat from one of our fave up and coming natural wine producers in the Czech Republic. Raspberry, cranberry, rhubarb on the palate with fresh acidity and a crisp, clean finish. Dry, but fruit forward and slightly ‘funky’. 100% André, a cross between Sankt-Laurent and Lemberger that was developed in Moravia in the 60’s and is now grown in small quantities the Czech Republic & Slovakia.
