Colchagua Valley, Chile— 100% Carignan sourced from forest fruit on ungrafted, old vines that grow in wild bunches 18 feet off the ground! Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by aging in old barrels. A juicy, crunchy, food-friendly red that’s nice with a slight chill. Wild blackberry, strawberry with subtle spice and vegetal undertones. Medium-light in body, with delicate tannins and fresh acidity. Low S02.
