Our medium-dark roast coffee is one part French, one part Italian, and two parts Light. It is full-bodied with a mellow, herbal aftertaste. Expect a rich, complex, full bodied cup. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts, and spice, with sweetness in the finish. A coarse grind is the way to go for pour-overs or cold-brew. You're a complex individual who appreciates nuance and likes to feel a little fancy when you brew your coffee.
