Close Call

Name: Close Call About the Photo: How would you feel if you had a long horn cow coming toward you? Would you be uncomfortable at 30 feet... 10 feet... 5 feet... 3 feet!? This is how I felt as I looked up from the camera to find one 3 feet away from me, horns getting closer and closer every second. One thing I love to do is get a group of photographers together and go out to a location to shoot. This was how the day started as a group of us hiked up the mountain. We would stop here and there taking photos, but the final destination was the top at sunset. As we crested the plateau, a beautiful green field greeted us, filled with wild ponies and long horn cattle. We spend some time taking photos of the area and waiting for sunset. While taking photos of one of the long horn cattle, I didn’t realize her getting closer and closer to me. I looked up from the camera to discover she was only a few steps away and coming closer.
