These are the Pom Pom earrings. These earrings fun, party earrings are made of 10 neon cotton pom poms, with a wood stud and hand placed white rhinestones, finished with a small tassel on the bottom.  Length: 3" Materials: Cotton pom poms,  rhinestones, mini tassel and hypoallergenic posts.
