Blue satin Caped Crime Fighter Cowl patterned after a screen used original 66 cowl.   Features: Navy stretch satin with a high lustre and smooth finish Now available in Black stretch satin. Colorfast Front Closure is lined and has 3 snaps. Rigid shell is lightweight fiberglass using measurements from a screen used cowl. One size.  Fits up to a 24" head. Interior foam padding to adjust for personal fit.
