Aligoté Burgundy, France Ben is a negociant but works with grape growers he knows and trusts to grow the best grapes. Very old vines from a two acre plot he has been making since 2016. White peach and pear on the nose with a touch of caramel. On the palate it is vibrant and mineral driven with tart orchard fruit and candied citrus. Grand Cru Selections
