Turkey - Brined

Our brined turkeys are marinated (not injected) in an all natural brine mixture consisting of country fresh well water, sea salt, brown sugar, spices, orange oil and spice extractives. A brine infuses the meat with a unique flavor while aiding in allowing the bird to retain moisture while roasting. Turkeys are brined by either Jaindl Farms or by our Master Chef of France Raymond Ost. 10 - 13.99 lbs. Recommended serving size per person: 1 ½ lbs. (Weight ranges are approximate.)
