Pink Quilling Tool For Making Paper Flower Centers This listing is for one pink quilling tool(paper flower not included). There is a slot at the end of the metal shaft that paper slides into. You firmly twist the paper strip around the metal tip and glue at the end to make a quilled paper flower center. I use this to make a variety of centers for paper flowers. I think the Quilling Tool, Shaping Mat(sold separately), and the Metal Ball Tools (sold separately) are the most important tools for shaping paper flowers. Approximately 4 inches long, and pin is about 1.5mm wide. Thank you!
