Annual Dues for Unimproved Lot

WIOA is the homeowners association for Windermere Island established to oversee general maintenance of Island infrastructure. It provides, through a volunteer Board of Directors, oversight and administrative services essential to the community including but not limited to:  24 \7 Gate security    Road maintenance on roads owned by WIOA  Litter pick-up on Island as well as from Queen’s Highway to the Security building Beach cleaning Inspection and upkeep of bridge Infrastructure improvement i.e. phone, water & electric
