Chocolate Thunder Bock - All Grain Kit

Chocolate Thunder Bock is a dark, rich, and chocolaty lager due to additions of chocolate malt and cocoa powder. It has a “noble” hop aroma, but is not too hoppy, so the malt and chocolate flavors can shine through. If you can give this beer some time to age, it'll be a real crowd favorite! Calculated Approximate:    O.G.: 1.069       F.G.: 1.019       ABV: 6.6%       IBU: 34       SRM: 30 Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation. This all grain lager kit comes with yeast, select which you'd prefer above. Because this beer is a lager, it's not a bad idea to either purchase a second yeast pack or make a yeast starter. The dry yeast (W-34/70) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
