Gemütlichkeit Octoberfest is malty, smooth and has a slightly hoppy bitterness. It is moderately high in alcohol and should be drunk with pleasure and comfort in mind. Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation.
