Maltodextrin is used to enhance body and mouthfeel as it is less than 5% fermentable for the majority of yeast strains. A great way to add body to any type of beer, even gluten-free beers! This is an 8 oz package of maltodextrin. We also have 1 lb Maltodextrin packages, or if you want to add a little sweetness along with the mouth feel, try using Lactose.
