Using a large portion of German smoked malt, this all grain recipe has a strong malt backbone that will have a strong smoke flavor and aroma, which may remind you of delicious smoked meat. We’ve added just a hint of honey malt to create a unique and delicious flavor, like your favorite honey-smoked foodstuff.
