Winemaking 201 Class

Our next winemaking class is Wednesday, February 11th, 6pm at The Wine and Hop Shop We'll talk about how to make wine from both concentrates and from fruit. We'll talk about the equipment necessary. And we'll also do a guided tasting of a few wines that highlight some of the main characteristics in wine. The class typically lasts around 2-2.5 hours and costs $35 per person or $60 for two people.  Beginners and experienced wine makers alike will get a lot from this class. Tickets are $35/person or $60 for two people. We will e-mail you a confirmation when you sign up. Remember, our classes are fun, a great way to learn a new hobby, and always make great gifts!
