The "Il Rosso" bottling from the A Vita winery was first made in 2012 and is a younger vines bottling of Gaglioppo mixed with Magliocco from the seaside vineyard, Fego. Magliocco softens Gaglioppo's fierce tannins rendering a red wine that emphasizes fruit on the palate. Unoaked and drining well today.
