Luigi Bosca Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Bright and clean ruby-red color. Fresh, fruity and velvety. Aromas of red and black fruit, violets and chocolate. Full-bodied and well-structured, it is a wine with personality and an exquisite elegance. Pair with red meat, big game hunting (deer and wild boar), hard cheese, grilled meat, rabbit, and food prepared with wild mushrooms. This has aromas of poached blueberries and dark plums, in an attractive mode, with plenty of fruit on offer. The palate has such smooth, fleshy and supple fruit presence and there’s very approachable, blue-fruit flavor with a light, toasty-oak finish.
