Deep ruby red color, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and black pepper. The palate intensity is complemented by the softness and sweetness of tannins. Full-bodied and well structured. Pair with grilled or broiled red meat, deer, hard cheese. This wine offers ripe blackberries, as well as some blue fruit, violets and licorice. Medium-to full-bodied with slightly austere tannins and a dry-mineral finish.
