Rubico is similar to Chianti, but the Opicis have crafted it to be a bit softer, rounder and more approachable. The straw “Fiasco” pays tribute to the traditions of Tuscan winemaking. This is a wine for everyday consumption and is best enjoyed young and fresh. Opici Rubico is a light-bodied, dry red wine with aromas of cherry and spice.
