Penfolds Shiraz Cabernet Max's 2018

The Penfolds Max’s Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a very pleasant aroma full of dark berries plus well-integrated spice, cedar and vanilla. In the mouth this is one smooooth wine with a wonderful, almost buttery mouthfeel. You’ll also find plenty of sweet fruit, good acidity and soft tannins. Spice notes come out mid-palate and lead into the long, dry finish that features more sweet fruit notes, vanilla, licorice and touches of chocolate. Downright delicious, this is a serious wine that is still an easy-drinker.
