The Rum blend is composed of aged and unaged Jamaican pot-still Rum,3-year-old Barbados Rum, aged in former Bourbon Whiskey barrels andsome young column-still Rums from both Trinidad and Guyana.The Rum blend is then infused with the pineapple extraction and allowedto rest for several weeks. This gives the flavours of sugar cane time tomingle elegantly with fruity layers of juicy pineapple, while maintainingthe full and complex aromas of the Rum blend.
