Vanilla - They add whole Madagascar vanilla bean pods to their pure maple syrup, and allow it to age for a month which infuses the syrup with an incredibly smooth vanilla flavor. Bourbon - They take their 100% Pure Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ and fill locally sourced oak bourbon barrels. The syrup then ages and draws the Bourbon flavor from the oak cask walls.
