There was a gentle and selective picking of the grapes, high quality production by the use of modern cellar technology. 10% ABV. 67.4 g/l RS. A hint of peach preserve on the nose introduces this slightly confected Riesling. It's abundantly sweet but a bit slight in fruit concentration, suggesting shades of dried apricot and marmalade.
