Casa Real Cabernet Sauvignon has its origins in the historic Carneros vineyard block of our single-vineyard in the Alto Jahuel sub-district of the acclaimed Maipo Valley. It is a massal selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, with the best vines selected through decades eventually becoming its own unique clone, of which its DNA has adapted to the unique Maipo terroir. Casa Real always seeks to obtain freshness and balance through very low yields of this old-vine vineyard block.
