The only single vineyard made in 2020 was Singerriedel, and the rest of his Smaragd fruit was blended into this new cuveé, Steinerterrassen. It's beautifully complex, with singing high notes of the cooler Spitz, and the luxurious feel only Hirtzberger can lend to his wines, without being overly dense. Deep, stone-fruit nose with delicate honeysuckle and floral nuances. Ripe and concentrated with a wonderful interplay of peachy succulence, floral delicacy and mineral freshness. The first vintage of this dry riesling.
