The wine is bright and clear, with a light golden color. The wine is floral, with notes of honey suckle and yellow flowers. On the palate you get peaches and white plums. There is a certain briny character to the wine. It has a long, clean, and elegant finish. The wine does not go through malolactic fermentation, so it has great acidity. Fermentation is in all stainless steel which preserves the aromatic character of the wine.
