Crafted with a commitment to expressing the unique terroir, this Malbec is hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, offering a rich and authentic flavor profile. Composition: 100% Malbec, sourced from vineyards with significant limestone presence, ensuring a mineral-rich palate. Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes are transferred by gravity into smaller concrete tanks for fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 26ºC for 15 days.
