The vineyards, situated at high altitudes, benefit from the region's diverse climate, creating a Malbec with deep layers and a pronounced sense of place. Expect a deep red hue with subtle magenta hints and an aromatic profile featuring intense fruit notes of raspberry complemented by spicy undertones. Composition: 100% Malbec grapes. 80% from Jardin de Hormigas vineyard in Paraje Altamira, and 20% from the high and alluvial zone of Gualtallary, thriving in limestone soils.Winemaking: The juice underwent fermentation at 24°C (75°F) with natural acidity and indigenous yeasts. Brief and gentle pumping-over during fermentation ensured optimal extraction.Aging: 75% of the wine aged for 15 months in concrete pools with no epoxy, while the remaining 25% matured in 3,500-liter French oak foudres, fol
