An extremely fragrant medium+ to pronounced nose, cherry, currants, florals, rose, tar, blood orange peel, and genteel spices. Medium bodied and fine, medium tannin, very elegant and supple on the palate. Has excellent persistence, fresh, very classic.  Finishes long and persistent. This is a little STUNNER that blows the doors off of most Langhe Nebbiolo from Barolo and Barbaresco! The little brother of the Riserva, and made in every vintage, consider this a wine akin to the Produttori Barbaresco normale bottling they make every year that blends different vineyards with different expositions, plots, and varied mountain and hard rock soils from the terraced vineyards that lined the village.
