In 1992, the MacDonnell family made its very first barrel of wine using a handpicked selection of Cabernet from their Napa Valley Vineyards. Produced for family and friends, this homemade bottling sparked the MacDonnell family’s passion for making wines and became the inspiration for today’s Round Pond Estate.
