Rose' Cotes de Provence, 2023 Chateau Mentone, Provence, France

A classic Rose' from Provence, Estate grown Light Pink Color, Elegant Flavors , excellent Daniel  vineyard (60 years and more for some). After harvesting by hand, the vinification is done according to a minimalist process during which the grape musts ferment thanks to indigenous yeasts instead of the usual yeast methods. These wines, with great aromatic complexity and remarkable power on the palate, offer the possibility of many pairings with gastronomic catering.
