Tavel is a Cru Appellation in the Rhone Valley Specializing in Tavel Rose' One of the Great Rose' of the world Wine obtained from Grenache and Cinsault grown in gobletsand coming from a plot located in the Vestides terroir(limestone scree on clay). The grapes were picked by hand in small boxesthen macerated for a few days in whole bunches before pressing.Fermentation without adding yeast.
